Having excelled in building a mostly referral-based business, our founding Broker decided to offer a unique experience by starting her firm in January of 2023. It became apparent during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic that this particular niche in the market was wide open. And with technology ever-evolving, a virtual office was just the thing to get ahead of. A virtual brokerage further cuts down on expenses and allows space for flexibility in the regions we service.
We offer a technology-based experience! It allows us to save time and moves things along faster as well!
Of course, there is nothing wrong with a coffee and a firm handshake, so we remain flexible in practice!
